The problem: Attribuly's default channel include Ads, influencers, affiliates, email, social media, organic search, referral, and direct. However, a custom channel group helps to identify channels that fit my use cases. For example, I have Impact Radius and Awin both for affiliate marketing. With the default groups, I can't distinguish the sales from Impact and Awin, since they are mixed up in the "affiliates" channel. This feature is quite similar with Google Analytics' channel group. Use source, medium, and campaign to categorize specific traffic into your custom channel. custom channel works with the default channel. Adjust channel priority. Only 1 group is available. Open to Attribuly Enterprise plan. Our progress: We have done this customization for several clients. We plan to build this as a new feature in the settings.
